The apartments will be managed by a professional hospitality management company that will handle the marketing, guest bookings, maintenance, and customer service, ensuring effortless ownership for investors.

Do I get personal use of the apartment?
Yes, investors have the option to use their apartment for a set number of days per year (subject to the management agreement terms), allowing you to enjoy the lakeside lifestyle while still earning from rentals the rest of the time.

There are no restrictions on that. However, the person buying is obligated to be bound by the same management agreement we have with the seller.
